Kindly we ask you not to enter our premises, if you have:
* recently returned from an overseas trip,
* shown cold & flu like symptoms, or are feeling unwell,
* have tested positive for the virus,
* have family/relatives or friends who have tested positive for the virus,
* have been instructed to self-quarantine.

Upon entry, you will be required to complete a declaration form also show us identification with your residential address listed. Respectfully understand if any of the conditions stipulated by the Government apply to you, unfortunately you will not be able to gain access to our display homes.

Are your display homes still open?

I am worried about my job security and ability to secure finance, what happens if I cannot obtain finance?

Understandably during these times some concerns will arise, and your personal circumstances can change. Please contact with your Prestart Consultant to discuss further.

My colour, tender and contract signing appointments are coming up, am I able to still attend head office?

Our head office remains open adhering to the strict industry guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We understand you might prefer not to attend Head Office for your appointments, therefore wherever possible, we are happy to arrange a video call using Zoom or any platform of your choice including WhatsApp Video or Skype.

If you would still like to attend, we will kindly ask you not to enter our premises, if you have:

What impact will COVID-19 have on construction of my home?

We have been closely working with our suppliers to ensure products are available and will not unduly delay the completion of our customers’ homes.

Currently there are no known material supply issues. We will continue to monitor our supply chain daily and will notify you immediately should the situation change and impact the completion of your home.

Our original timeframes for completion have not been impacted, however we are required to follow Government restrictions. Should restrictions impact our build timeframes, we will update our customers. Please contact your Customer Service Administrator with any further concerns on 9407 5000.
