			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A home with everything to suit a 10m wide villa type lot. The Forge 160 is a cleverly thought out design to suit a smaller parcel of land, but yet still offers space and comfort with three large Bedrooms and a roomy Ensuite and WIR to the Master Suite.</p>
<p>The contemporary open plan Kitchen, Meals and Family rooms provide a classic design configuration that allows for expansive views to your rear yard and possible outdoor entertainment area. It simply feels like a much larger home.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The brief for our designers on the Rutherford 194 was simple &#8211; give it plenty of room for open plan living and ensure it fits comfortably on an affordable 12.5m x 25m lot.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The end result is design which is a pleasure to come home to and packed with “big home” features such as the ultra-chic open plan living zone and bedrooms that will all comfortably take double beds.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>With subtle finishing touches such as the New York style servery to the Kitchen and the optional glass Atrium as displayed, compact home design has certainly taken on a whole new direction.</p>
